AWARDS CEREMONY
We recognize the hard work and dedication of pack leaders and high achievers. Each award is given to those who reach the highest level based on pre-determined metrics that aim to push boundaries.
Elite performing departments that achieve a minimum of 70 out of a possible 100 points in their respective department programs.
The most ELITE award of the year for the General Manager. It is available to as many who qualify, but may not have any qualifiers some years. It is extremely challenging, but the reward has been accelerated to match.
The group gold standard of health for meeting the store-wide manufacturer’s standards of achievement.
This award recognizes directors who spark a reaction that makes change happen quickly. Very few will achieve this recognition annually.
